If you choose the order bump, you will also receive a PDF sales page template.

Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds are available.

a sales page template, as abuilt on systeme.io, with copy-written prompts to help work through what to write in each of the sections of their sales page. This template also comes with a basic check out page and thank you page and a holding page for your terms and conditions. It's supplied with access to a set of short training videos which helps you work through how to make edits to the template on systeme.io, including fonts, colours, images and text, and mobile optimisation. It also includes a PDF template of the sales page copy-prompts, so that it can be used by users who do not wish to use the systeme.io account.

Upon registering for this product, the user is sent an email with access instructions - which includes a link to set up a systeme.io account. Systeme has a generous free level and so many users do not require a paid version, but for full transparency, if users choose to upgrade, this is an affiliate link, which means the provider gets a small commission for each user that upgrades to a paid plan. It also includes a one-click import link to bring the template in to your account. Once in systeme, you'll also see the video tutorials for how to use it which are in the dashboard>>course dashboard section.

You also have the option to add two paid products: a bundle of masterclasses providing information on conversion copy-writing and a landing page template which operates similarly to the sales page template. All products are governed by the following terms and conditions:

LicenseHeidi Williams Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Template for your personal or business use only - provided that you comply with these Terms. This license is solely for the individual or entity that has signed up to use the Template and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to any other individual or entity - the template is intended to be used to create a sales page (or multiple sales pages) for your own use

Intellectual PropertyAll intellectual property rights, including copyright, in and to the Template remain the property of Heidi Williams Ltd.

PrivacyYour use of the Template may require the collection and processing of personal data. Heidi Williams Ltd's Privacy Policy, available on our website, governs the use and protection of your personal data.

DisclaimerThe Template is provided "as is" and without any warranties, either expressed or implied. Heidi Williams Ltd does not warrant that the Template will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. You use the Template at your own risk.

LiabilityTo the extent permitted by applicable law, Heidi Williams Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages resulting from the use of the Template. SeverabilityIf any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Entire AgreementThese Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Heidi Williams Ltd regarding the use of the Template and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements.
