By enrolling you ("you" - also known as the "user") agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the provided materials.

1. Access and Use

1.1 You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the training and its materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

1.2 You agree not to share, sell, or distribute the training or materials, or any part thereof to third parties without the prior written consent of the Provider. You agree not to share the link to access the course materials

1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Refunds

2.1 The Course has been gifted free of charge as part of a Bundle. You may choose to upgrade your order by adding additional products, available on the confirmation page. Due to the digital nature of these products, no refunds will be offered under any circumstances. No refunds will be offered to students who bought this course outside of this bundle and later realised it was included here (the course will not be actively promoted by the provider during the bundle cart-open period, but it will still be available for sale)

3. Copyright and Ownership

3.1 All training materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and other content, are protected by copyright and belong to Heidi Williams Ltd. All rights are reserved.

3.2 You are prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any Course materials for commercial purposes without the express written permission of the Provider.

4. Privacy

4.1 We may collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy and GDPR Policy. By using the Course, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 The training is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Course will meet your specific requirements or be error-free and we do not imply any guaranteed results by using the information obtained in this course for the purpose of generating revenue

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your access to or use of the training.

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the training, in our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the training website. Your continued use of the training following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
