All bookings are non-refundable, due to the in-person nature of this booking. If you are unable to attend, we will endeavour to re-sell your place, but if we are unable to do so, you would still be liable for the full cost of attending, as per your booking

We recommend you take your own travel insurance to protect against cancellation/illness etc

You may choose to book a single day, or both days. Accommodation can not be booked separately, it's included in your ticket price.

The hotel are accustomed to dealing with dietary requirements and will do their best to meet your needs - please email any special requirements or allergies to heidi@imheidiwilliams.com

By enrolling you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Heidi Williams Ltd.
