These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your rights in relation to the event created and operated by Heidi Williams Ltd ("Provider," "we," "our," or "us"). By signing up to attend, you ("you" or "user") agree to abide by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before purchase and contact us before proceeding if you have any concerns - on heidi@imheidiwilliams.com
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. We are, regrettably, unable to process any refunds for event bookings. We are however happy to transfer your booking to a third party and for you to “resell” your ticket to them as you deem appropriate
2. No damage may be caused to any part of the venue or its belongings – and you are liable for any damage caused by you and will reimburse the venue for any damage caused
3. We can not accept any liability for personal belongings – the event venue is in a public building and so you will need to keep your belongings secure and with you throughout the event. We cannot accept any liability for any damage, loss or theft of any belongings
4. You are purchasing a ticket to attend the event itself, which includes refreshments in the event room through the day and lunch – any additional costs incurred (hotel accommodation, food, travel etc) are solely your responsibility
5. This event is covered by standard copyright laws and you are not permitted to reproduce, publish or teach any of the materials or content without prior written consent
6. We may photograph and film the event and, by booking, you consent to this – you will need to notify us before the event starts, if you do not want to be photographed or filmed
7. You are permitted to take photographs of the event, but please credit the event and Heidi Williams when sharing these publicly
8. You agree to our GDPR terms which are available separately on our website
9. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, any fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability for which it is unlawful to exclude or limit liability.
10. Our total liability for any matter arising out of the Contract shall in all circumstances be limited to the price paid by you for the Event and we shall not in any circumstances be liable to you for any consequential loss whatsoever.
11.We reserve the right to change the venue, speakers and agenda at of this event if circumstances make such changes necessary. We will do our utmost to keep things as advertised but if, for example, a speaker is unable to travel to the event for reasons beyond our control, or the venue is unable to accommodate us due to changes outside of our control, we will adapt the arrangements as necessary. If travel is not permitted at a governmental level we will postpone the event or look to make online arrangements.
12. These Terms are governed by English Law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
