Here's how it's all going to work:

The Sales Sprint trainings are pre-recorded and my system has just pinged you a separate email with login details to access them. You can get started on these straight away, or watch one each day during week 1, so that you're ready for Intentional Sales Time (IST) in week 2.

The Emails That Sell trainings you'll get daily in the FaceBook Group from 14th October - and I will also add them to the Sales Spurt learning dashboard

WEEK 1 (14th October): Each morning you'll get a short training with an email framework and example, to follow. You can ask questions in the group and submit your email draft for same-day feedback. I'll also kick off our first week together with a live training on messaging to help you articulate what it is you do and why your people need you. We'll do some hot-seat coaching and feedback on this through the week.

WEEK 2 (21st October): We'll continue with our weekly email training/writing AND, this week, you're going to identify and do 5 Daily Repeatable Sales Tasks" (you're already doing a daily email, so just 4 more daily tasks specifically focused on getting you more sales.

NEXT STEPS

1. Join the FaceBook Group here (note: it won't open until a few days before we start)

2. Open your calendar, and each day on the week beginning 21st October block out 60 or 90 minute blocks of Intentional Sales Time (IST). My recommendation is that you do it first thing. And it helps to do it the same time each week, but if that's not possible just make sure you get some time in daily.

3. Look for your login email with the sales trainings and take the actions that will get you prepped and ready to get intentional about selling in week 2
